Management experience both in Germany and abroad (multi disciplinary and international/local teams) experienced with planning, selection and guiding of teams "in the field". Demonstrated senior know how in Project and Finance Management in Germany and abroad. Management of large Technical Assistance projects with complex advisory services (>20 experts). Methodological skills: Audit, Logical Framework Approach, Practical Guide, PCM, -familiarity with PRINCE2 methodology. Proven experience in IPA Compliance Audits & Assessments [according EU-IPA Pre Accessions Funds Regulation EC No. 718/2007], Training Needs Analysis and ToR drafting (references available). High inter cultural competence, team player.
