Methodological skills: Audit, Logical Framework Approach, Practical Guide, PCM, -familiarity with PRINCE2 methodology. Proven experience in IPA Compliance Audits & Assessments [according EU-IPA Pre Accessions Funds Regulation EC No. 718/2007], Training Needs Analysis and ToR drafting (references available). High inter cultural competence, team player.
