Indonesian Higher Education Project – International Consultants Required

SMEC is looking for suitable candidates to join its bid for an ADB sponsored higher education project in Indonesia, to begin in March 2012. The project will be 5 months in duration.

Candidates should have:

  • Masters degree, PhD preferable, in engineering, economics, mgmt, HRD or related area
  • At least 15 years experience in higher education, incl experience in university-industry partnership in the global context
  • Experience of policy research in Indonesia is desirable, ideally related to economic development and/or industry and/or higher education
  • Excellent report writing skills
