More information on RTI is available at www.rti.org RTI is recruiting for experienced international and Vietnamese consultants for long-term assignment with qualifications in municipal management & infrastructure development with a focus on water supply. Expertise in utility management assessment and reform, governance, finance, capital project investment planning, and business performance improvement and WSS utility benchmarking. Proven experience in working with communities and local governments in improving services highly desirable. Qualified individuals will have at least 10 years experience in the WS&S sector, strong knowledge of VN and/or best practices for the water utility management in SE Asia.
