Chemonics seeks a chief of party for an anticipated USAID-funded rule of law project in Indonesia. Project activities will include support to the Supreme Court and Attorney General's Office in judicial reform in human resource management, budget and finance, and transparency. Responsibilities include: provide overall project leadership, management, and technical direction; supervise technical and administrative staff; and serve as the primary liaison with USAID, international, and national partners.


Qualifications:
*Advanced degree in a relevant field
*Minimum 10 years of experience managing and implementing USAID or other donor-funded projects
*Demonstrated expertise in case management, court administrative reform, continuing legal education, and judicial training
*Experience working collaboratively with a broad range of government officials, international donors, and private sector stakeholders
*Demonstrated competence in leadership, client relations, and project and contract management
*Ability to work and travel in remote areas of the country to oversee program implementation and provide technical expertise
*Experience working in Indonesia or Southeast Asia
*Fluency in English required; Indonesian language skills a plus
