Business Development Manager

Project HOPE, The People-to-People Health Foundation, is a US-based international non-profit organization offering a health services around the world is recruiting a Business Development Manager. 

 

The Business Development Manager will manage the details of the development and production of the technical proposals, manage the proposal development schedule and ensure that different pieces of the proposals are completed on time and required positions are filled with appropriately qualified staff.  Following the proposal preparation guideline of the procurement documents and the given evaluation criteria the business development manager will ensure that all components are included in the proposal, coordinate the activities of the proposal team, and write sections of the proposal.  This may require him/her to work with different departments of Project HOPE. He/she will also ensure that the final production of the proposal meets the highest standard, all evaluation criteria and completed on time. The business development manager will also identify resource requirements for proposal development and ensure adherence to it.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  The Business Development Manager must have at least five years of experience in proposal development and coordination of proposal development process and program management, with a Master’s degree in public health or related subjects; must be thoroughly familiar with government procurement instruments, proposal formats and evaluation criteria.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:  Candidates with overseas experience in project implementation will be given preference.
