Business Development Specialist

Deloitte Consulting is currently recruiting for an anticipated USAID program in Haiti focused on value chain development.

Duties:

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying business development services needs for each Value Chain,  which may include finance, quality assurance, standards, market research, access to inputs and technology, management, and related services; crafting alliances between private sector and business development services firms to develop and provide needed services; and collaborating with business development services firms to design and implement business development services programs for value chain firms.

Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years experience with business development services in value chains;
• Demonstrated experience developing alliances with private sector;
• USAID experience preferred;
• Excellent  interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment;
• Fluent in Creole, French and Proficiency in English;
• University degree in a relevant discipline required;
• Master’s degree in relevant field preferred
