Demonstrated successful record in managing international development projects and a JD degree or Court Administration background required. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of ten years of relevant experience, including prior experience as a Chief of Party/Deputy Chief of Party with USAID-funded technical assistance programs. He/she will manage all activities and supervise expatriate and local staff to ensure that program operations are carried out in a well-coordinated and efficient manner.
