Chief of Party - El Salvador

Tetra Tech DPK (Tt DPK) seeks a Chief of Party (COP) for the USAID-funded Crime and Violence Prevention Program in El Salvador. Candidates must be fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.

Requirements:

  • Must have degree in law, public or business administration, international development, community development, criminal or juvenile justice, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a progressively more responsible position with at least 3 years as a COP
  • Experience working with donor-funded youth at-risk, crime and or violence reduction, public safety or community development programs
  • Extensive international development senior management experience and proven ability to supervise the design, management, and implementation of technical assistance for complex development projects
  • Diplomatic skills to work effectively with high ranking authorities
  • Background in the management and implementation of USAID-funded programs preferred
  • Prior experience in politically sensitive environments and Latin America preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required
