MIDEGO, Inc., an innovative, women-owned consulting firm, is in need of experienced consultants—both international and local/regional–with the ability to implement complex scopes of work at the national level and produce technical documents and capacity strengthening activities within a relatively short period of time.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree, M.D., or equivalent advanced graduate degree or certification
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in at least one of four technical areas:

Governance and leadership
Program and financial management
Procurement and supply management
Monitoring and evaluation

Prior experience with Global Fund activities is preferred and/or with the World Bank’s Multilateral AIDS Program; sector‐wide approaches; PEPFAR; national health or AIDS, malaria, or tuberculosis strategies or programs; management of donor-funded programs, ministry of finance external donor funding management, or similar national experience

Professional‐level language capacity in at least one of the following: English, French, Spanish, and preferably one other language

Strong writing and presentation skills, demonstrated through writing samples

Ability to travel as requested.

MIDEGO is also seeking experienced consultants with technical competencies for implementing the Global Health Initiative and attaining Millennium Goals 4, 5, and 6.
