Community & Humanitarian Assistance Programs (CHAP) is a rapid response humanitarian commodity distribution program that addresses critical needs of vulnerable populations including the poor, children, orphans, the elderly, the disabled, refugees and disasters victims. CHAP provides target groups with live-saving humanitarian assistance commodities such as food, medical supplies/equipment, pharmaceuticals, clothing, higiene supplies, and shelter items. Transportation Management Services Unit is an integral component in the effective implementation of humanitarian assistance programs that alleviate suffering and improve the quality of life of disadvantaged populations around the world. To this effect, this unit manages the logistics and transportation operations for the efficient delivery of private and government funded humanitarian assistance shipmemts from origin points to final destinations worldwide.
