The Pacific Malaria Initiative Support Centre (PacMISC) is an Australian Government, AusAID funded initiative working to support the Vector Borne Disease Control Programs (VBDCP) in Vanuatu and the Solomon Islands.
The Senior Program Management Support Officer (SPMSO) will be integrated into the Vanuatu Ministry of Health and will be responsible for providing advice and support to the implementation of the National Malaria Action Plan. The SPMSO will also be responsible for the coordination of, and stakeholder engagement for, the VBDCP. This includes providing secretarial support to the Malaria Steering Committee, as well as overseeing the management and operational support provided by PacMISC to the VBDCP.
