Background:
A team of international and national specialists will be required for preparation of an urban sector master plan and prepare an investment project on drainage and sanitation. This is expected to require (i) a rapid review and assessment of the current situation of urban sector, with particular focus on drainage and sanitation; (ii) an identification of key issues and constraints that need to be addressed by the proposed master plan and investment project; and (iii) the development of an urban sector master plan and (iv) preparation of detailed drainage and sanitation master plan prepared.
Positions and Requirements:
SKM is currently looking to recruit several positions under this potential project from early 2010. The specialists need to have at least 10 years, with experience in the Pacific Island countries. Previous experience working with the World Bank and Asian Development Bank will be beneficial.
