Services that the consultant would provide to the ARS:

Develop jointly with the M& E directorate the required tool.
Training, mentoring and coaching the staff of the directorate to perform their task more efficiency and effectively.
Create a good management tool for improved department performance
Advise the department and use it as model for improved performance management tools and methodology.
