Description
Services that the consultant would provide to the ARS:
- Develop jointly with the M& E directorate the required tool.
- Training, mentoring and coaching the staff of the directorate to perform their task more efficiency and effectively.
- Create a good management tool for improved department performance
- Advise the department and use it as model for improved performance management tools and methodology.
