MSME Lending Consultant/Team Leader (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Uzbekistan)

Business & Finance Consulting (BFC) (), a proactive and dynamic team with an excellent international profile, specializing in development finance, invites applications for present and upcoming opportunities for a MSME Lending Consultant/Team Leader.

Duty countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Uzbekistan

Job responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of new MSME lending approaches in partner banks
- Coordinate the introduction and implementation of innovative loan products and procedures
- Perform credit portfolio and risk analysis, and recommend corrective actions
- Support the regional expansion of MSME lending
- Organise and conduct training programs, including TOT
- Advise middle and senior management of partner institutions
- Develop and maintain relationship with key stakeholders

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years relevant international work experience
- Solid experience in finance and consulting in emerging markets
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in development finance projects is an asset
- Project management experience is an asset
- Strong analytical, communication and writing skills
- Excellent team player, dynamic and with initiative
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Russian required
- Cultural sensitivity
