KPMG Development Advisory Services (DAS) is a pan-African practice operating in several countries across the continent. DAS offers consulting services to donor agencies, Governments, NGOs and Private Sector. DAS work covers five broad areas: Programme Management Services (PMS), Fund/Grant and Programme Management, Capacity Building (including Public Sector Reform & Decentralisation), Public Financial Management (PFM), Development Projects Audit and Private Sector Development. DAS sectoral focus areas are, but no limited to, Agriculture and Rural Development, HIV/AIDS and Health sector, Economic Development, Development Finance, Education and Energy and Natural Resources (ENR). DAS main clients are: DFID, USAID, Danida, SIDA, NORAD, The Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, MCA UN agencies, WBG and AfDB. DAS is currently seeking technical experts for DFID programme of support to Ghanaian civil society and Parliament. The scope of this programme is to support and facilitate a range of partners within civil society. Furthermore, The programme will include a component to provide technical support to Parliamentary Committees. This will involve the development of effective relationships with key actors in civil society, government, traditional authorities and business. In addition, it will require a strong understanding of the context and the political environment in Ghana. |
