Objective of the project:
|
Global objective of this project is to support Turkey’s effort towards accession and facilitate the pace of legal alignment and its implementation via institutional capacity building in air transport sector. The specific objective of this assignment is to establish a strategy and a supportive Action Plan in the field of civil aviation to support the programming process for the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).

Qualifications required:
|
Qualifications and Skills University degree in a relevant field such as engineering, civil aviation, economics or social sciences. In the absence of a university degree, the expert will have an equivalent professional experience of minimum 14 years. Good command of written and spoken English.
General Professional Experience Minimum 10 years of working experience in the sector directly or indirectly related to the lot.
Specific Professional Experience Experience of Action Plan preparation in the aviation sector, Being specialized on the EU enlargement and financial assistance policies, Experience in preparation of project fiches at least in one project, Experience on aviation market related issues, Experience on EU civil aviation policy, Experience of similar work in previous or current candidate countries is considered an asset.
