Objective of the project:

Global objective of this project is to support Turkey’s effort towards accession and facilitate the pace of legal alignment and its implementation via institutional capacity building in air transport sector. The specific objective of this assignment is to establish a strategy and a supportive Action Plan in the field of civil aviation to support the programming process for the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).

Qualifications required:

Qualifications and Skills

University degree in a relevant field such as engineering, civil aviation, economics or social sciences. In the absence of a university degree, the expert will have an equivalent professional experience of minimum 7 years, Good command of written and spoken English.

General Professional Experience

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the sector directly or indirectly related to the lot.

Specific Professional Experience

Experience of Project Cycle Management Manual , Being specialized on the EU Practical Guide Rules for procurement, Experience in preparation of project fiches at least in one project preferably for the EU funded projects ,Being specialized on prioritization according to multi criteria analysis ,Experience of similar work in previous or current candidate countries is considered an asset

 Working language(s)  The working language of the project is English.
