As part of the continuing technical assistance which Crown Agents provides in Africa, we have opportunities for Financial Specialists with project based financial management and review experience. The successful candidate will:

• ·         Have a degree qualification in finance
• ·         Be a member of an accredited financial association
• ·         Have a strong background in the roads and construction sectors
• ·         Be familiar with the evaluation of tenders for civil works
• ·         Be familiar with the procurement guidelines of International Financial Institutions
• ·         Have previous experience in Southern and /or East Africa
