FINANCIAL CRIMES AND ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING SPECIALISTS, CRIMINAL JUSTICE PROGRAM SUPPORT

Tetra Tech (http://www.tetratech.com/justice.htm) is recruiting Financial Crime and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Specialists to serve on the Integrated Justice Systems International team for US Department of State/INL international Criminal Justice Program Support (CJPS) missions. Program countries include but are not limited to Afghanistan, Haiti, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia, Mexico, Sudan and South Sudan, and the West Bank. Missions may be short or long-term in duration (up to one year) and may require rapid mobilization. All positions are contingent on Task Order award.

Position Requirements:

*Provides management and direction of efforts informing financial intelligence, criminal and terrorist networks, investigative techniques, cybercrime, policy, and related issues.

*Provide management and status reports, including progress and budget to senior management as needed.  

Minimum Qualifications:

*At least 5 years of relevant experience, including post-conflict/developing country experience.

*Minimum of Bachelor’s degree equivalent; graduate degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

*Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance.

*Basic skills in host country language.

For All Missions:

*Must possess a valid passport from country of citizenship;

*May be required to obtain a certificate of public trust, secret, or top secret clearance;

*Demonstrable professional experience in a multicultural environment;

*Must be able to pass the following:

company reference and background investigation

medical and psychological exam

9-panel drug test

*Ability to communicate in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
