Head of Implementation

The purpose of the role is to oversee the management of all aspects of large projects. The role entails the balance of corporate and client expectations. The role involves, on the one hand, building client relationships ensuring sustained value creation for clients, meeting quality expectations and mitigating against risk and on the other hand the need to meet company targets for growth and profitability.

The management of all staff of the department and provision of project management and support services, predominantly for EU financed service contracts, will make-up the lion’s share of day-to-day activities. Close liaison with other senior management in the upstream department will also be required.
