Health Specialists, Bangladesh

The Panagora Group, a woman-owned, small business providing novel and integrated solutions in health and development, seeks senior- and mid- level international  and developing country health specialists for an anticipated five-year, USAID-funded project. The project aims to increase access to and equitable use of essential evidence-based, high-impact population, health and nutrition services. This position will be based in Bangladesh and relate to the following areas:

• Behavior Change Communication
• Franchising and networks
• Public-Private Partnerships (international and national private sector)
• Community mobilization
• Organizational development/capacity building 

Qualifications:  

• Advanced degree in relevant field
• Minimum seven years of relevant experience in Bangladesh in one or more of the technical areas listed above
• Prior experience with USAID projects involving multiple subcontractors and host country counterparts
• Demonstrated experience in capacity-building and in working effectively with local NGOs, governments, and the private sector
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English required; proficiency in one or more foreign languages preferred
