Health Specialists, India

The Panagora Group, a woman-owned, small business providing novel and integrated solutions in health and development, seeks senior- and mid- level international and developing country health specialists for an anticipated five-year, USAID-funded project. The project aims to harness the private sector and improve private sector health care delivery systems. This position will be based in India and relate to the following areas:

• Private sector health delivery (e.g. PPPs, social marketing, networks/franchising)
• Behavior Change Communication
• Capacity building  

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in relevant field
• Minimum seven years of relevant experience in one or more of the technical areas listed above in India (strong preference) or Southeast Asia
• Prior experience with USAID projects involving multiple subcontractors and host country counterparts
• Demonstrated experience in capacity-building and in working effectively with local NGOs, governments, and the private sector
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English required; proficiency in one or more foreign languages preferred
