Background:
Social Impact (SI) is an Arlington based international development management consulting firm. We provide a full range of innovative management consulting, technical assistance, and training services to strengthen international development programs, organizations and policies. We provide services globally in the areas of democracy and governance, health and education, agriculture, the environment, and economic growth.
Objective:
SI is seeking an experienced Impact Evaluation Specialist with experience in At-Risk Youth Programming in the LAC region to design, implement, and support an upcoming USAID impact evaluation in the Dominican Republic. This impact evaluation will require a rigorous quasi-experimental design which shall include baseline data collection for both treatment and control groups, as well as yearly measurement of data collection for both groups. Quantitative data from the baseline and annual measurements will be complemented by qualitative information collected before, during, and after the measurements.
