MIDEGO, Inc., an innovative, women-owned consulting firm, is in need of experienced consultants with the ability to implement complex scopes of work at the national level and produce technical documents and capacity strengthening activities within a relatively short period of time.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree, M.D., or equivalent advanced graduate degree or certification
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in at least one of four technical areas:
  1. Governance and leadership
  2. Program and financial management
  3. Procurement and supply management
  4. Monitoring and evaluation
  5. Communications and knowledge management
• Prior experience with Global Fund activities is preferred and/or with the World Bank’s Multilateral AIDS Program; sector‐wide approaches; PEPFAR; national health or AIDS, malaria, or tuberculosis strategies or programs; management of donor-funded programs, ministry of finance external donor funding management, or similar national experience
• Professional‐level language capacity in at least one of the following: English, Russian, French, Spanish, with preference given to bi and multi-lingual candidates.
• Strong writing and presentation skills, demonstrated through writing samples
• International work experience required along with ability to travel as requested.
