ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the development of tools to be used by international recruiting department;
  • Assist with answering of organization telephones;
  • Assist in placing advertising in appropriate places to assure the recruitment of qualified individuals as well as researching new places to advertise;
  • Conduct reference checks and perform background checks;
  • Support the recruitment department with projects;
  • Assist with maintenance of the Cyber Recruiter, Tenrox and Sharepoint systems;
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive image and overall credibility of the organization, notably through the application of the organizations Code of Conduct, ethics, values and stand-point with regard to internal and external actors;
  • Perform other duties as assigned. The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and levels of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Minimum of 2 years HR and or Recuiting experience;
  • Excellent administrative, secretarial, leadership and influencing skills;
  • Must have exceptional people skills;
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality in workplace;
  • Have good organizing and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to juggle a number of tasks at once;
  • PC skills with Microsoft Office and Internet;
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information;
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills in a constantly changing environment.
