Chief of Party: Candidates must have: • Seven years COP/DCOP/project management experience on donor-funded projects; USAID experience preferred. • Technical knowledge and experience in one or more of the following: justice sector reform including court administration reform, legislative drafting; access to justice; alternative dispute resolution mechanisms; and enforcement bodies. • Demonstrated experience in rapidly establishing and managing field operations in complex settings under tight deadlines. Experience at achieving tangible results in very short timeframes, often working in difficult and dynamic political environments. • English and Spanish language fluency.
