Agricultural Development Expert

Mendez England & Associates is looking for an agricultural development expert with at least 10 years experience in agriculture, water management or rural development that includes designing statements of work for USAID agricultural development or water management activities, and performing assessments and/or evaluations of such activities.  He/she should also have a track record of success working with Tajik or Central Asian government officials, policy makers, stakeholders and donors and experience undertaking activities aimed at empowering poor communities and individuals including organizing civil society groups or community based organizations in Central Asia.
