ME&A is recruiting for candidates for a proposed USAID-funded Safe Drinking Water project in Tajikistan. The project will be implemented in Tajikistan and includes components of public health, water infrastructure, behavior change, local government, gender and capacity building.
Qualifications include a minimum of ten years of professional experience in fields related to water supply technical expertise, local governance capacity building, and/or behavior change promotion. Candidate must have proven leadership in the administration of similar projects and experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams. Knowledge of regional water supply is required. Graduate degree in a similarly related field of study, e.g. environmental or civil engineering, human resource development, public health, business administration, governance, etc. is a must.
