Local Potable Water Project Specialist in Nagorno-Karabakh

ME&A is recruiting in Nagorno-Karabakh for a locally-based Potable Water Project Specialist for a proposed USAID-funded short-term project to assess needs and determine priorities for rural water quality improvement projects. The project is slated to take place from late February through mid-March 2012. Qualifications include: relevant technical experience in design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of community-level potable water projects. English language proficiency is required.
