MSH is seeking candidates for an upcoming technical assistance project that will emphasize an integrated approach to achieving quality service delivery in family planning, maternal health, neonatal and child health with a focus on Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand and the national level of India.  HIV/AIDS may be incorporated within the project as it integrates with maternal child health and family planning services.  Preference will be given to applicants with relevant experience in India.  All positions are subject to project award. 

 

MSH seeks a Monitoring & Evaluation Advisor to provide technical assistance and build capacity within the project to coordinate and enhance the monitoring and evaluation activities related to HIV/AIDS, Maternal & Child Health, and Health Systems Strengthening activities in India.  Doctoral or Masters level in Public Health, Epidemiology, Sociology or related field desired, plus at least four years experience in health care delivery or programming, and significant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of health care programs.  Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English required.  Experience working with national governments in Africa or similar resource-limited settings.
