Potable Water Project Expert

ME&A is recruiting for a Mid-level Expert on potable water porjects for a proposed USAID-funded short-term poject to assess needs and determine priorities for rural water quality improvement projects in Nagorno-Karabakh. The project is slated to take place from late February through mid-March 2012. Qualifications include: at least five years of technical experience in potable water projects in developing countries, especially with design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of community-level potable water projects. Experience in post-conflict, EE, and NIS countries and knowledge of Nagorno-Karabakh and Russian languages are desirable.
