Project Finance Legal Specialist

Hill International, is a leading international construction consulting firm providing project management and construction claims services to clients involved in major construction projects worldwide www.hillintl.com.

We have been shortlisted under a panel of experts for PPP (Public Private Partnership) projects in the SE Asia, an ADB (Asian Development Bank) partially funded assignment.

 The project:

Transaction Advisory services for the development of well-structured bankable projects. The duration is expected to be around 3 years with possible interruptions.

 Hill International is looking for a:

Project Finance Legal Specialist (PFL12)

Special requirements

 At least 10 years’ experience in drafting contractual agreements, and other related documents/agreements

 Experience in managing bidding process and resolving legal issues in contract award of at least 3 PPP projects

 Knowledge of the policy and the institutional assessment that are relating to the PPP projects.

 Extensive knowledge of legal provisions for PPP projects in the sector, judiciary-related, legal and regulatory issues pertaining to the project, legal perspective on special privileges and incentives available for Private Public Partnership

 Experience in airport projects will be consider an asset

 PC Literature

 Fluent English Speaker
