Mid-Level M&E Specialist

dTS is a strategic management consulting firm leading initiatives in social and economic development with a view to promoting equality and accountability. Our services in gender integration; training and capacity building; and monitoring and evaluation have been applied in a variety of sectors across 51 countries for USAID, MCC, and State. 

dTS is recruiting full time, mid-level M&E professionals to support project activities. We are looking for personnel with documented work history of a minimum of eight years M&E experience on USAID and other donor activities.  Work is primarily based in our home office, but may require international travel.

Specifically, we are recruiting: 

• M&E Trainer, experience in M&E systems training, results frameworks, development of training materials and curriculum. Must have experience facilitating group sessions. 

• Performance Management Specialist, experience in developing results frameworks on the project and agency level. 

• M&E Specialist, with gender background.  Must have experience on project level M&E systems, including knowledge of gender relevant indicators for performance management and evaluations.  

• Evaluation Specialist, experience in designing and leading evaluations across multiple sectors. 

Qualifications for the Position:

• Masters in international development, sociology or related field.
• Minimum of ten years of professional experience.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant monitoring and evaluation experience.
• Experience working on USAID or other donor M&E projects (required).
• Strong numeric analytic skills.
• Strong writing and editing skills. Candidate must provide copies of reports primarily produced by the candidate.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and Access, including knowledge of spreadsheets.
