FINCA International is currently looking for Receptionist - currently on a temporary basis but with perspective to become permanent - to deliver best quality service in all aspects of inter-office communications and office administration, with the mission critical priority being on the prompt handling of all incoming calls personally and on expediting callers (both internal and external to the organization) efficiently and effectively. Areas of accountability include working proactively with a minimum amount of supervision to provide: the highest quality professional telecommunications support for employees and all stakeholders; administrative support for the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization; office security management; front desk administrative coordination with a polite, pleasant, and helpful approach; convey an excellent professional image of the organization to all stakeholders.
Ideal profile:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in public setting,
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to clearly comprehend and communicate orally,
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional image at all times,
- Highly organized and detail oriented,
- Ability to work with minimum supervision,
- Keyboarding/Typing 45 wpm minimum,
- Microsoft Office ( working knowledge of all software applications),
- Working knowledge of internet, intranet, and e-mail systems required,
- Technological competency with telephones, office machines, and computer equipment an asset,
- Three years of related work experience preferred,
- Familiarity with international work environment an asset,
- Experience with customer service work and specifically receptionist work an asset,
- Exposure to all aspects of international voice, data, and video communications an asset,
- Receptionist and/or office administrator experience for comparable size office helpful,
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience,
- Fluency in English required (oral and written) required,
- Spanish, French and/or Russian language conversational skills an asset.
