Position: Senior Project Manager – International

Background and Qualifications:
SHELADIA Associates is a multi-disciplinary international professional consulting firm with demonstrated experience in the successful management and implementation of development projects throughout the world. SHELADIA believes that practicality and sustainability in development projects requires flexible resource management, active participation of all the entities involved, and a shared goal of strengthening institutions, and operational systems, to optimize the use of available resources.
A US based position, requires minimum of Master’s degree with 15 years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 20 years of experience in the field of Agriculture, Monitoring & Evaluation, Water Resources, Rural Infrastructure Engineering, or Environment & Energy. A combination of experience in both developed and developing countries is required. The candidate should have long-term oversees professional experience on international multi-disciplinary projects. Experience in Asia and Africa is desired.
He/she must have successful experience in project management at senior levels, directing and managing multiple concurrent engineering projects while ensuring their success in meeting respective objectives. Experience in writing successful proposals is required. Experience required in guiding field teams on various projects that require knowledge on aspects relating to technical, administrative, contractual, business development and client relations. Experience implementing projects financed by one or more external financiers (ADB, JBIC, World Bank or other bilateral/multilateral funding agencies) is required. Experience working on USAID/DoD contracts and having Professional Registration is preferred. The position may require international travel.
