Australia has committed to supporting electoral processes in Indonesia including electoral management and support to civil society involvement in electoral processes.

As part of our bid preparation process, we are seeking applicants that are committed to: increasing transparency; strengthening capacity; and increasing the capability and responsiveness of legal, democratic institutions and processes.

We are seeking candidates across a range of electoral technical areas including:

  • Electoral systems
  • Monitoring and evaluation
  • Gender
  • Civil Society and community engagement

To be successful in these positions, you will have relevant qualification/s combined with a demonstrated depth and breadth of experience in one or more of the above listed technical areas.

Suitable candidates will have a proven ability to work in an advisory capacity, ensuring effective skill and knowledge transfer, in a developing country environment. Candidates with previous experience in Indonesia will be highly regarded.
