Sr. Communications Advisor - Indonesia Clean Energy

We are seeking a Senior Communications Advisor for a long-term (4 year) Clean Energy Development program in Indonesia for USAID. The ideal candidate will have the following minimum set of qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in public awareness, communications, education and training;
• A masters degree in communications, journalism, advertising, public relations, or related area is required;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience working with government institutions, business and regulation agencies, as well as with NGOs and community organizations;
• A familiarity with the Indonesian energy sector is desirable; and,
• Strong speaking and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
