Location: Indonesia

Duration: 2+ years

 

URS invites expressions of interest from Team Leaders who have demonstrated project or program experience managing large multi or bilateral donor assisted programs and can demonstrate high level management capability and have the following experience:

 

 

Key responsibilities:  

 

Essential

 

 

  • Proven experience in providing leadership and management of large complex international donor programs, preferably AusAID;

 

  • Proven experience in mentoring, performance assessment and providing management to multi-disciplinary teams in a in cross-cultural context;

 

  • Ensuring robust financial management, accounting, procurement and auditing functions are carried out, in accordance with GoA requirements and Program procedures;

 

  • Responsible for staff recruitment, contracting, Program administration and procurement;

 

  • ·         Timely and quality oversight of monitoring, evaluation and reporting;

 

  • ·         Contribute to effective communication strategy towards stakeholders;

 

  • Lead risk management and quality assurance processes;

 

  • ·         Good understanding of development context and working experience in Indonesia, including importance of cross-cutting issues; and

 

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, fluency essential.

 

 

 

 

Desirable

 

 

  • ·         Preference in speaking and reading in Bahasa Indonesia.
