sexual, reproductive and child health, social marketing, health systems strengthening, gender, research, health administration and public health

Futures Group Europe is a specialist consultancy in public health and international development, including in relation to sexual, reproductive and child health, health systems strengthening and HIV and AIDS.

We are looking for outstanding and experienced Team Leaders in sexual, reproductive and child health, social marketing and other forms of private sector engagement, health systems strengthening, gender, research, health administration and public health - to work on new and potential programmes we anticipate later in the year:

We seek team members who:

• Have at least 10 years of experience of leading health programmes for the European Union, DFID, KfW, World Bank with sound knowledge of Health Systems in South Asia, Africa and Europe;
• Have substantial in-country experience working on sexual, reproductive and child health, social marketing and other forms of private sector engagement, health systems strengthening, gender, research, health administration and public health;
• Have a deep understanding of health market dynamics and the health system in one or more countries in South Asia and / or Sub-Saharan Africa;
• Have a good technical grasp of sexual, reproductive and child health, social marketing and other forms of private sector engagement, health systems strengthening, gender, research, health administration and public health;
• Have excellent strategic, analytical, contracts, people and project management skills;
• Have a strong results orientation and commitment to accountability;
• Demonstrate strong personal qualities, including integrity, commitment to excellence, equality, openness, inclusiveness and collegiality.

Excellent written and spoken English is a must; local languages are an advantage.
