Training/Capacity Building Coordinator
Parsons is currently seeking candidates to fill the Training/Capacity Building Coordinator position for the upcoming USAID Liberia Rural Infrastructure Supporting Enterprise (RISE) Program in Monrovia, Liberia. The anticipated program will encompass infrastructure needs for farm to market roads and other associated infrastructure for agriculture value chain development, upgrade physical space, and county agricultural vocational centers and Ministry of Agriculture facilities in four core counties and implement infrastructure support for Centers of Excellence.
Duties: The Training/Capacity Building Coordinator will be responsible for providing expertise in developing training materials, training courses and other curricula for institutional strengthening and capacity building of SME infrastructure firms and public sector entities under the RISE program. He/She will be the principal assistant of the Deputy Chief of Party in design and implementation of all training including classroom training, work-process training, field training and mentoring. This position will also be the team lead over the training and capacity building staff.
