YOUTH EXPERTS NEEDED

CHF International’s mission is to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low- and moderate-income communities around the world, helping them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions.

CHF International is a non-profit international development and humanitarian assistance organization based in Silver Spring, Maryland.  CHF is seeking international development specialists who have worked with youth in a variety of sectors and regions for an upcoming USAID IQC.

CHF is seeking youth experts with two or more of the following areas of expertise:

• Positive Youth Development
• Employment and Entrepreneurship
• Youth-inclusive Financial Services
• Civic Engagement
• Public Health
• Youth Leadership
• Conflict Mitigation
• Education– including TVET
• Research, Monitoring and Evaluation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree and 7-10 years of international development experience working on USAID funded programs. 
• Fluency in English required; fluency in a second language preferred.
• Ability to work in post-conflict situations.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• U.S. Work Authorization.
