Unlocking ‘Unreal Estate’

Informality makes breaking out of the cycle of poverty virtually impossible, says "Prosperity Unbound" author and Panel Group investment advisory firm Director Elena Panaritis. She has coined the phrase "unreal estate" to describe assets people own but are unable to borrow against.
