ADB Unveils New HR Strategy

On Tuesday (Feb. 2), the Asian Development Bank launched a new human resources plan dubbed Our People Strategy. Devex spoke with Alessandro Pio, one of its lead architects, about the bank’s new focus on key sectors and what it means for job applicants.
