Rieko Kubota

Rieko is currently a senior associate of devex Tokyo office. She is in charge of the public relations and communications of the office. She has worked at the Japan International Cooperation Agency as a project officer for nearly 5 years. She had been in charge of various projects on capacity building and procurement. Her professional interest is the capacity building, regional economic development, private-public partnership, social enterprise and cutural tourism.
