Project Summary

 

The main objective of the Accelerating Economic Transformation Project (AETP) in Pakistan is to support the Government in accomplishing its medium-term sustainable economic growth plans through structural economic transformation. This operation is the fourth tranche of the AETP.

The estimated total ADB loan is around US$400 million.

1 February 2012

The Board Approval has been rescheduled on 28 May 2013.

20 July 2011

The project is expected to go to the Board for approval on 31 December 2012.

26 October 2010

The Board Approval has been moved to 2012. The ADB financing for this operation is estimated at US$ 100 million.
