The Government of Albania has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) to implement the BERIS Project. The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy (METE) is the ministry responsible for the project implementation and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services. The services include "Design and Implementation of the Public Awareness Campaign for the Metrology, Standards, Testing and Quality (MSTQ) System".
