The United Nations Development Programme in Yemen is seeking a professional NGO to Conduct Baseline Impact assessment of advocacy activities, and herby invites the interested NGOs to submit a proposal for conducting the survey, as per the Terms of Reference (TOR).

The deadline for submission is Monday 26th December 2011, 2.00 p.m. (Yemen Time). The offers must comprise a technical proposal as well as a financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes.
