The purpose of this notice is to invite formal costed proposals from eligible Firms. The Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) is seeking to retain the services of a maximum of six (6) Firms to deliver a contracting management program. The program includes, but is not limited to, the following courses: Essentials of Contracting, Writing Terms of Reference, Proposal Solicitation and Evaluation, Grants and Contributions Management:
- Up to three (3) Firms will be selected to negotiate a Standing Offer Arrangement for the provision of services under Stream 1: Analysis, development, design conception services. The amount allocated to each Standing Offer Arrangement will not exceed $750,000 excluding GST.
- Up to three (3) Firms will be selected to negotiate a Standing Offer Arrangement for the provision of services under Stream 2: Delivery of services. The amount allocated to each Standing Offer Arrangement will not exceed $750,000 excluding GST.
