Project Summary

The objective of the Donbass CHP Plants Project in Ukraine is to construct and operate a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine power pant to produce electricity utilizing coke-oven, converted, and blast-furnace gases, which would otherwise be flared. This in turn will reduce CO2 emissions and enable the production of electricity at a competitive cost.

The total cost of the project is estimated at US$ 376 million (EUR 300 million).
